Kye did a great job cleaning my dryer vent ducting leading to the roof. He cleaned the vent thoroughly from both ends using a shop vac and other equipment. This required him getting on top of our roof. Now the dryer works great! The job took about 2 hours and I fairly paid $150 since he had to work from the roof as well. We are renters and never had our vent cleaned before at this house. I am assuming it may have never been done with previous tenants either. It was really backed up with lint. If you notice your dryer not working efficiently, I recommend hiring Kye to clean your vent out.

I can’t comment on his work because he did not show up for our appointment. However, it turned out that he had an emergency and contacted me as soon as he was able, and offered to come over that night or the next morning at a discounted price to do the work. I had already found someone else to do the work, so he didn’t do the work for me, but I appreciated his follow up and his efforts to make things right, so I would definitely try him again. Things happen, and he took the steps to make it right.

Kye did a kitchen and bathroom remodeling for me and they came out amazing his workmanship is second to none. He is thourough and friendly. Let me know your budget. I can and will work within your budget. I am totally transparent, open, and honest with my pricing. This economy is hard on all of us, but if we work together we can get through it just fine!

I always prefer to know a customer’s budget for a particular project upfront. I can and will work with everyone. I know this economy has been hard on all of us. If you let me know your budget I will do everything possible to stay within that range.

Carpenters union training, (metal stud frame and drywall local 1506), OSHA 40, &80hr certification, MSHA certification, First aid certification, CPR certification, Been on job sites since I could walk. Have been trained and worked in every trade.
