I confirmed the day of and when I talk to customer service rep, I said can you please remind the tech this is a rental, tenants will be there and if he needs me I can come. He said to me in a rude tone “I wish you would have told me this before”. I said, well I thought I did, but didn’t think it was a big deal. I did hear from Zach. He was not told it was a rental, but was good. He called me, told me what was wrong and cost. He fixed the door the tenants were happy. He called me and took payment. I was very pleased with Zach. It was just that one rep who I thought could have had a better attitude. But, since the work was good and they came as they said they would, I would use them again."See more

I’m really happy with how everything turned out, and I’d definitely call him again for any future work. From the beginning, he was professional and easy to work with. You can tell he actually cares about what he’s doing—he pays attention to the small things and makes sure it’s done right. He’s also very kind, which made the whole process super smooth. Besides the tile, he also installed our bathroom doors and shower doors, and those came out great too. Everything lines up perfectly and looks really nice. Overall, the quality of his work is truly impressive. Everything was finished with care and looks amazing. I’m extremely satisfied and will for sure hire Lyova again for any other projects we have."See more

This included cutting baseboards, trimming the rail, assembling the doors, and making sure everything was level and smooth.
