What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge more per hour if I bring my supplies. I charge less per hour if the client provides the supplies. Many times clients already on enough cleaning supplies that the discounted rate would apply to them making it cheaper for them and easier for their cleaner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I asked tons of questions upfront to make sure we are on the same page. Once we communicate about specifically what you are looking for, I can then quote how long I think the job will take.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning in college. I have now been cleaning for over eight years and within the last year have finally decided to turn it into an LLC. I never expected to be cleaning this long, but since God has given me the skills to do so, I am now expanding.
