Juan did a great job adding drywall to my garage. It’s completely sealed off now as I wanted and even he took the time to remove some old cords that were no longer needed on the ceiling. I will be reaching out for future projects. Thank you!

I barely write any reviews. But I got give this one to Juan cause he is really a GEM in the construction industry and it’s really hard to find one with both wealth of knowledge and care and willing to take care of their customer like he does. Juan completed changed how our home look like. The whole work scope involves 4 beds, and 3 bedrooms and 2 living spaces. Juan is professional (knows his crafts very well and he knows in and out of everything in constructions from plumbing, dry wall, painting, leveling, floor related which allows him to understand how everything is connected and work together), hardworking, courteous, modest and always willing to help and works with us to make sure we are happy! He’s very patient, easy to communicate and took his time to work through what he has done for us and he was very patient with us to solve any issue or problem. The end result like you see in the pictures, we can’t be happier with what he delivered. If you need someone who can make sure you are truly happy, better call Juan. He will put a smile on your face!

We hired Juan to lay down our new sheet vinyl and floor baseboards in our bathroom and kitchen not knowing that how amazingly talented Juan is in other areas of renovation, which for us later included: mounting a new, complex kitchen baseboard cabinet & sink, mudding and white chalky painting the kitchen, hallway and two other rooms that had previously painted with dark paint. Our landlord was so impressed with him that he hired him several times since and we get to see him around the property regularly. Juan is a rare gem, who worked above and beyond all of our specific requests (which were many) and was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. The high quality of his work transformed our atelier apartment into something of beauty! Grab Juan while you can!
