Juan did a great job adding drywall to my garage. It’s completely sealed off now as I wanted and even he took the time to remove some old cords that were no longer needed on the ceiling. I will be reaching out for future projects. Thank you!

We hired Juan to lay down our new sheet vinyl and floor baseboards in our bathroom and kitchen not knowing that how amazingly talented Juan is in other areas of renovation, which for us later included: mounting a new, complex kitchen baseboard cabinet & sink, mudding and white chalky painting the kitchen, hallway and two other rooms that had previously painted with dark paint. Our landlord was so impressed with him that he hired him several times since and we get to see him around the property regularly. Juan is a rare gem, who worked above and beyond all of our specific requests (which were many) and was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. The high quality of his work transformed our atelier apartment into something of beauty! Grab Juan while you can!
