FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is project-based and tailored to the scope of work—factors like filming hours, number of cameras, editing complexity, and final deliverables. I provide clear, upfront quotes with no hidden fees. For recurring content such as podcasts or social media videos, I offer discounted package rates that lower the cost per project. Travel outside the Inland Empire may include additional mileage or lodging fees, but everything is discussed in advance so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short consultation to understand your goals, audience, and style. From there, I create a clear plan—shot lists, timelines, and deliverables—so you know exactly what to expect. On set, I handle everything from lighting and sound to direction, making sure you feel comfortable on camera. After filming, I edit and refine until the final product is polished and ready to share.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems from California State University, San Bernardino, and I’ve spent over 17 years in marketing and media across the Middle East and the U.S. My background includes leading creative teams, producing corporate campaigns, and serving as principal of a private school, where I developed a strong eye for storytelling and communication. Alongside formal education, I’ve invested heavily in professional video production—training on multi-camera systems, lighting, audio, editing, and the latest digital marketing strategies—to ensure every project I deliver meets high professional standards.
