Richard Martinez and his team are amazing! We had the exterior of our ranch-style home painted, and we’re amazed at how beautiful it turned out! We couldn’t be happier with the results. Richard was professional, easy to work with, and truly stood out from the start. His professionalism and attention to detail impressed us right away. He took the time to explain the prep work needed and the timeline for completing it, showing great knowledge and care. On the other hand, other contractors took just a few minutes to look around and didn’t explain much about the job beyond the painting. We knew right then Richard was the perfect choice for the job. They sanded all the trim, replaced wood damaged by rot, fixed stucco problems, and pressure washed the exterior before putting on two coats of primer. Then, two coats of paint were applied, with the metal given a special coating to prevent future rust stains. The hardest part for us was choosing the color scheme, but Richard was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He guided us in selecting the perfect colors, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. We highly recommend Richard and Home Renew Painting Services to anyone, as he’s truly top-notch. Not only is he skilled in his craft, but he also takes great pride in his work—a winning combination.

We had the outside of our 3,200 sq. ft. wood and stucco home and a standalone garden cottage repainted and the entire process from start to finish was excellent. I could not ask for more in a painter. Richard and his team simply were outstanding. I could not give any contractor higher ratings and would strongly recommend him to others. We needed considerable wood replaced and his carpentry work was top notch. The prep work on the house prior to painting was absolutely meticulous, and then two coats of primer and two coats of trim and siding paint just transformed our home. Throughout the process Richard was kind and considerate. He kept the worksite clean and tidy and was such a pleasant and professional person. At the end of the project, I was actually sad to see him leave. He receives my highest ratings possible and my strongest recommendations.

Richard was fantastic to work with. He was very prompt and thorough with communication, his team arrived when they said they would, and they completed our projects quickly and to our satisfaction. They were even able to tack on an extra job I had and worked over the weekend to complete it. The price was fair and we're very happy with our newly painted cinder block walls and catio! We're saving their contact info because we'll certainly hire them for future projects.

Richard and his crew were absolutely wonderful. I am SO happy with how my house turned out. He replaced rotted wood and did an excellent job on painting the exterior of my home. It looks so crisp!
