Bill installed two ceiling fans in a room where there was no attic space, and it seemed impossible to install. We have two toddlers in the house, and it needed to be child-safe. Bill made sure to make the outlets and the cables tamper-proof. We also needed to fix wiring in the bedrooms and it had to pass local inspection. It passed with flying colors! He was very fair in price, and communication was very clear! He'll be our first and only choice for more electrician work!

A TEN-STAR ELECTRICIAN. If I could I would give BILL the respectful, kind, and very professional electrician who came to my rescue after dark 10 stars. It was 6 PM. ALL of my power was out. SCE was NO HELP AT ALL. I found Bill on Thumbtack and within minutes after I contacted him, he responded.
He said, "I'll come now, I don't want to see you without power overnight." An hour later he arrived! He wore a mask, carefully got to the root of the problem, [a hidden antiquated fusebox], and fixed it. He also explained and showed me [without being condescending] what could present future issues with wiring.
He is careful, fast, polite, efficient, professional, fair with pricing, and a really nice guy. I will only use BILL in the future.

I reached out to Bill to install and help troubleshoot some electrical switches throughout the house. He was really supportive in finding the solutions, was fair on pricing, and a generally kind guy. He was also clean and mindful of the COVID situation, wore his mask, and wore booties anytime he came into the home. We do our best to work with our customers' budgets. This includes getting the best materials to fit their wants and needs. As well as laying out the job prior to starting, and intercommunication is a priority.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to work around your busy schedule to set a date and time to evaluate the job in person. Keep in mind we take every precaution in regards to COVID-19. Once at the jobsite our technician will assess every minor detail to determine the fairest price possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all State Certified and currently Licensing.
