He was so quick to respond when I first reached out through Thumbtack. He was kind and professional when we spoke on the phone. We had a change of plans at first, but he was understanding and scheduled us in when we were ready.
On the morning of the job, he let me know when he was heading our way, was very punctual and even arrived a few minutes early so he can start at the agreed time.
When he arrived, our pile of junk was bigger than it seemed on the picture originally sent. It ended up being a full load, but he honored his quote. In addition, he picked up some paint cans that we didn’t discuss originally and only added a reasonable cost for disposal of hazardous waste. Then, he swept all areas upon completion. We really appreciated all his extra work and attention to detail.
Overall, Rams Hauling displayed efficiency, quality, and professionalism. Our yard looks a thousand times better, and we will recommend Ramz Hauling to our friends and family.

I added some last minute items to throw away that I didn’t put on the quote. Ram did not price gauge me but rather explained the charges , which were fair.
I will hire ram again and also recommend him to anyone needing a hauling or removal job.
