As I shared with the rep who took my reservation, there were a couple of miscalculations in the pricing, the added tip, and balance payment…but the actual service on the appointed day, was superb! Peter, our driver was excellent and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time…and a perfect birthday memory!

I recently rented a bus from BookLimoFast for my son’s birthday party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had about 25 people traveling from the South Bay to the East Bay (roughly a one to one-and-a-half hour drive each way), and the company really went above and beyond. We originally booked an 18-seater bus, but they upgraded us to a 25-seater at no extra charge, which was a fantastic courtesy. Their customer service was outstanding—prompt, professional, and super responsive to all our questions. Plus, after comparing prices from about five other vendors, they offered the most affordable rate by far. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely hire them again for any future events.
