Ask for 60% deposit for LABOR. Keep on forgetting material cost even before contract starts. Cannot even formulate a contract.

Customer was given a detailed estimate not an invoice. We cannot give exact material cost for a job until we do an in person inspection which she did not let us do. She sent a blurry picture that we can’t base prices on. She also wanted work done for free which she stated in the email she sent to us. This is not an accurate review for our company.
