My washer stopped working the day I got home from brining my newborn back from the hospital. It was a Saturday night and I had a lot of laundry to do. I messaged nova later in the evening around 9pm. They responded right away! Was here at 10 am the next morning! Figured out what was wrong and fixed it! He explained the issue so I could understand what he was doing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use him again if I need a appliance fixed

Sultan was great. Very knowledgeable and fast. It was just a diagnosis but he explained everything clearly. Would recommend them for washer/dryer repairs.

We hired Sultan to clean our dryer and washer and fix the broken dryer air duct. He is very professional, did a great job and also tested everything to make sure the appliances are working fine. Highly recommend Sultan for anyone needing appliancerepair or cleaning.

The repairman was very, very helpful in fixing our ice maker. He asked good questions and had me try things to fix it myself before charging me to come out. He then ordered the part and replaced it in one visit. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him. He even cleaned out the bottom of the freezer when he saw it was dirty! WOW!
