We give a 6-month guarantee on our candidates. Other firms give you 30-90 days because they have a higher risk of the candidate falling off. Ours stick. Q: How can you make us believe your candidates are both better fitting and able to perform better? We can tell you that our candidates are people we know or know our other candidates. If we had a search assignment from you, we would assess what progressive value a potential candidate has brought to his/her former and current organization. If your assignment for us is a Project Development Manager, the candidate will provide a deal sheet, or if it is a sales role, we will have the candidate present a 30/60/90, for a marketing role, we would have them do an evaluation on your organization’s presence on the web and issue you a report. This way you have a sample of their work along with our written summaries explaining why the candidate is a match for your role. We also show you in our submission how their skill sets align with the positions requirements. We take the guess work out of it. We do not just send you a resume, we do our homework all before they are even submitted to you. We also match cultures since that is the driving decision for most candidates these days. If they are looking for a functional/bureaucratic organizational structure, they may not do well in a matrixed organization. We take that into strong consideration when getting the background of your org’s culture which we prefer to do in person if possible. We do this with our Bay Area Clients and our East Coast Clients even fly us out every year to strategize for their hiring needs for the following year.
