Emilio came to help figure out a mystery leak from my primary bathroom toilet into condo garage. No fun: He was professional, efficient, tolerant of my over explaining issues (haha) and he solved the problem. Voila! And fee was fair. Also, he cleaned the gunge before putting toilet back. Fab. Grateful.
