Alex of Zuta was very responsive (responded here on Thumbtack within a half hour of my post). He came when he said he would (I asked him to come as early as possible within the window and he did!). And when he got here, he knew what needed to be done and was able to repair in less than a half hour. I will use Zuta again for any type of appliance repair. Honest, professional, and timely.
