I hired Alex to repair my oven. He gave me an appointment time and showed up as promised. He did a diagnostic test, found out what the problem was and helped me to order the needed part. He did not charge me for any of this which I really appreciated. When I get the part he will be back to install it and I will update this review, but as of now I am really happy with his service.

Alex was the first to respond to me for an estimate, and we invited him to take a look at our non-draining washer based on the great (and incredibly well-deserved) reviews here. He arrived pretty much in the early window of our appointment, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute, and repaired our pump in less than a half hour. The price was a good $50 LESS than I expected based on my online research. Alex Zuta is definitely our large appliance repair guy from now on!

We hired Zuta Appliance Repair to fix our ailing dishwasher when it mysteriously stopped working. Alex responded to our request quickly and was extremely professional throughout the process. He gave us a two hour window for the next day and literally arrived at exactly the start time of that window. He worked quickly and in general, the whole process was easy. My one critique was that the final bill came out to be three times the initial "estimate and diagnostics", which was unexpected but not unfair. I would hire Alex again.
