- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be hourly if your event duration is open-ended, or at a fixed fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about your event as planned, and I ask about beverage preferences, timing, sequencing, etc. on the day of the event, I arrive an hour ahead for setup, icing of beer and wine, and to meet the caterer coordination purposes. Very important for weddings!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management and have been tending bar since college.
