I hired Julian for a variety of tasks, including assembling and installing a new vanity (and uninstalling the old one), paint touch-ups, and installing locks and floodlights. While he works at a measured pace, he completed everything exactly within the agreed-upon timeline. I will definitely hire him again for future handyman projects.

Julian worked hard, was very conscientious, and did a good job on my project; and he's a very nice guy. But his time management isn't the best. My job was scheduled for Monday at 9. On Monday at 7 he texted me to ask if he could do the job the next day at 9. On Tuesday at 8:59 he texted me that he would be an hour late. I finally reached him by phone at 10:15 and we got the job going around 10:45. I would hire him again, hopefully this was a one time problem.

Julian did an amazing job fixing our front gate and reinforcing our stairs. We live back in the woods and deal with a lot of moisture which led to some of our issues. Julian was punctual and delivered a very high quality product. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

My hourly rate is $37, but I can also work on a contract or per-job basis for small repairs—such as minor fixes costing around $50 (or slightly less)—or small installations like windows and similar tasks. There is a $35 minimum, and often no estimate is required. I can handle various small jobs for $35 or a flat fee for the entire project; for larger jobs, I can provide an estimate based on those same rates.
