- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly fee is $70 per hour. And my first fitting session (2 hours) is free. The cost of clothes is not more expensive than store clothes! Check my website for details on cost of clothes: florencejoliff.jhilburn.com and or use calendly.com/florencejoliffpersonalstylist to answer all your questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
2 one hour meetings, easy!: the first one for measurement and fabrics/wardrobe needs and the second one for clothes deliveries! 2/3 weeks for shirts and pants ( casual clothes included) and a little more time ( 5/6 weeks) for Sportscoats and suits!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Styling and fashion consultant for years ... including with my friends and family!
