Art did a very good job. He diagnosed that my speed queen needed a new belt and pulley. He even cleaned the inside of the dryer. After he was done he made another trip. He was honoring his warranty but it turned out to be an unrelated issue. He helped us get things corrected even though it was unrelated to his previous work and did not charge us. We will definitely call him again!
