Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: What makes my work different from others practicing massage therapy is the additional training I implement in my sessions. I have a certification in Hypnotherapy which incorporates using my voice in a way that helps the client's mind unwind and deepens the relaxation in the body. I also have a certification in Coaching, so I ask my clients questions to get to the bottom of some of their patterns which could be exacerbating their injuries or pain. Clients begin to change their habits in their daily lives which can lead to the original problem or pain disappearing for good! My clients really appreciate the extra level of care and warmth they receive from me since it's a rare talent to be able to stay connected while focusing on your work. What I love most about my work is that I get to deeply listen to my clients when they talk about what is bothering them. The best part is that I can effectively treat their body in a way that relieves their pain and sends them out with a huge smile. I like knowing that I can provide deep relaxation and relief to my clients and give them a place to unplug and recharge. It's a very fast-paced, hectic life in the Bay Area and I'm committed to creating an oasis for my clients in the midst of it all.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking to hire someone to work with on issues of stress-relief and pain-reduction, make sure to find someone who pays attention to you specifically, by asking questions about your physical history and who can understand your current stress-load. You will need to commit to a series of sessions since your body needs time to heal and continue to unwind years of tension that's been held in the body at a subconscious level. Make sure to ask questions about the practitioner's training and where their area of expertise lies. Remember that massage therapy is not a band-aid fix or a luxury that only the rich can afford. Massage is a way of maintaining the health of your nervous system, muscles, joints, vital organs and much more... Additional benefits include overcoming insomnia, enjoying better moods and can even result in a more passionate love life! Make sure that you budget at least 7-9% of your monthly income to avoid hesitating to gift yourself this precious time to improve your quality of life.
