- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an up front pricing system which allows the customer to know precisely how much a repair or installation will cost before the work is done. The consumer has control and we will provide options whenever possible, based on your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will give a free quote for larger projects. If you desire to have an immediate fix, we will send a trained technician with a fully stocked vehicle for a specific service fee amount depending on your geographic area. The modest service fee does not apply to the repair price given by the technician.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PHCC trained plumbing technicians and NATE certified heating technician.
