- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sliding scale means I have a standard fee but I am willing to take less if the potential client cannot afford my services and is willing to make the commitment to doing long-term work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing Education is a requirement for licensing and license renewal. I am eager to learn more about the latest developments in my field and consistently get more continuing education units than are required.
