Working with Frank has been amazing so far. He was very responsive as soon as we reached out, and even met me at the house to walk through the project without any money down. He was the only company we talked to willing to do that. He thoroughly explained the process, what the plan of attack would be, and how long it might take. So far, he has been very communicative regarding when he goes to inspect the house and what he finds.
