I have been doing HVAC servicing for 21 years and it has become a passion for me. On a recent very hot day we had a problem with our AC. DZO responded very quickly and Denis, their engineer arrived soon after. He was professional and communicated the issues and our options/costs promptly and gave good advice. He switched out parts in the faulty unit quickly and the house was cooling within an hour, which was a great relief! I would highly recommend DZO’s service and thanks especially to Denis - who kept a cool head on a hot day!

They arrived on time and thoroughly checked our central ac system finding low Freon. We have an older single unit central ac system. Within about 40 minutes including a detailed review inside the air handler / furnace and the condenser measurements, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less than $300.00. The repairman was very professional and clean and I will definitely use them again.

With short notice, Denis repaired several problems with my AC. After he inspected the unit he found it was a bigger job than expected, but he went above and beyond to find the needed parts and repair everything for me in one afternoon.
