Introduction: I have been in practice as an attorney since 1989. My work experience has included the following:
Representing plaintiffs in personal injury case including medical malpractice, products liability, dog bite cases and all manner of negligent and intentional tort cases
Representing plaintiffs in construction defect cases including representing all of the families who lost loved ones in the Northridge Meadows apartment collapse in 1994 (with Castro and associates)
Representing contractors and developers in construction defect cases
Representing defendants in catastrophic injury and death cases including medical malpractice, products liability and construction injury cases (from 1996 to 2001)
Representing litigants in family law matters including divorce, custody and visitation, paternity and child and spousal support actions
At the end of 2001, I made the decision to start my own practice specializing in family law matters. My decision to redirect my focus on family law cases stemmed from my own experience as a party to a divorce, and my desire to help others through their own difficult times.
