- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Events/Weddings - typically 20% of final budget (Day-Of servicing available) Entertainment / Design Curation, Direction or Acquisitions ... Based on talent booking fees + LVdC commission. Ala Carte options are available after initial consultation and presented as part of official bid. Initial Consultation is complimentary via phone, on-site fee is $50. All fees paid tri-part: 50% due with signed consultancy agreement to commence services, 30% mid-planning term, 20% due 1 week prior to event date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love event planning and am a bit of a foodie and have grown to love the specialty circuit of an artisinal lifestyle. I'm naturally resourceful and energetic and work well in "creative planning meets time sensitive" productions. My years in creative direction and behind-the-scenes management in entertainment in the US & UK have afforded me the opportunities to absorb lots of event & hospitality experiences in design, food & performance ... This mixed with a native zeal for californian splendor and a personal style of "classic meets chic with a pop of interestingly trendy" often brings a unique perspective on how I facilitate making great moments in design, taste, experience, and beauty for all lifestyles.
