Clarence is the best trainer I've had. He built an excellent fitness plan for me after the initial consultation based on what I was hoping to achieve and he solved some fitness issues I was having. I feel stronger and fitter than I have for a very long time. He is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and has helped me create an overall wellness regime for myself. I highly recommend Clarence.

I bought 8 personal training sessions with Clarence as a present to myself on my 40th birthday. Well, after the 8 sessions I was so impressed with Clarence & how he had already started transforming my body in just a short period of time that I decided to continue to train with him & did for an amazing 3 year journey! I've exercised my whole life but the programs Clarence put together for our sessions were always well thought out & pushed me harder than I've ever pushed myself before. In addition to his wealth of knowledge in creating the perfect weight training program for me, he also had great suggestions on nutrition that I feel really helped me get on track from a diet perspective. Clarence is professional, yet fun, and very serious about doing a good job for his clients, but can still be silly. I would highly recommend Clarence to anyone who's ready to truly make a change in their overall well being & to anyone who's willing to work hard to get there!

Clarence is the type of trainer that will work you to get stronger, faster, and in better health. He will take you through your training as well as your diet, other exercise, and even rest/sleep. This will improve your life, outlook in life, and even your demeanor. Should you hire Clarence? You would have to be crazy not to.

Hey everyone, I'm a former division 1 running back from FAU, who is currently training to get into the NFL. My experience with Clarence Howard exceeded my every expectations. I came to him as a polished athlete, already fast, strong and explosive. I told him my goal was to improve on all of my attributes and Mr.Howard knew exactly what to do. Not only is his workout regimen top of the line and unlike anything i had ever done before, but he also gave me the nutritional coaching i needed to take my body to the next level. With the expertise training of Mr.Howard i was able to excel at the regional combine in Miami Florida, and get an invite to the Super Regional combine in Detroit where i was one of the top performers, which brought me a step closer to my dream. Without Mr.Howard or "C" as i like to call him, none of this would be possible.

got frustrated with how hard I had to work, it was well worth it when I achieved my goals and got the results I wanted thanks to his specific work out plan designed for my body and my goals. I had been training with Clearance for apx 1 year and I would highly recommend him to everyone.
