I have had other construction jobs done in the past, but I have to say that you learn to lower your expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Luxe Remodel was very honest, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and to our great surprise on time, unlike previous constructors. Luxe remodeled our bathrooms and kitchens. They are very professional and they cleaned up everything before they left, and hauled away all trash, old concrete, etc. They treated us like family and we were very comfortable with them. I would recommend Luxe to all my friends and family. Get in touch today if you need to get some work done.

Update: The company reached out to me to learn about my concerns baed on the feedback below. They were empathetic to my situation and attempted to make it right. They also informed me that the contractor that I worked with was no longer with the company as they had noticed his quality was not up to par with their standards. We also spoke about how they could improve communication with clients in the future. They seemed committed to making sure others who work with them have a better experience. Original Review: I felt that my contractor was disconnected from the company. I got the idea that he gave me a quote and then was chasing down bids in order to increase his commission (which I didn’t realize was how they worked when I hired them). They got frustrated with me because kept pointing out mistakes or poor/sloppy craftsmanship and I was frustrated that it took me pointing it out. In the end, we have 2 beautiful new bathrooms but there are a few things that still bug me but weren’t worth fighting on because they were adamant that I was being “picky”. There bid came back significantly higher than my 2 other bids but I had read other reviews and believed that the attention to detail would match the price.

I was searching for a company for some construction work, by fate and luck, I found LUXE Remodel. From the first consultation, it proved to be a very pleasant experience. From my first meeting with my Project Manager Omri, who was a pleasure to work with, to the introduction to the foreman and his crew, I was impressed. They provided me with a new driveway and front patio. They began the job on time and finished when they had promised. Omri also came to the house for a follow-up and called each day to check on the work and keep a close eye on the workmen who were also extremely pleasant. I would use them again and would highly recommend this company.

I have been fixing to remodel my old kitchen for months, but this time around being serious about it, I asked around, did some research and eventually, I called Luxe Remodel which was suggested to me by a close colleague. They came up with a suggestion which I love!! All of my kitchen counters which were previously tile were demolished and removed from my kitchen in one day and new quartz counters were in place along with the new sink and utilities. It was amazing that when I left in the morning I had old counters and when I arrived back home they were all new and not a trace of the old tile. They also installed the faucet and subway tile backsplash throughout the kitchen and ran a new light fixture over the island. They were always accessible by phone or text and the crew is very polite and easy to deal with. Highly Recommended.

I wanted to remodel my home and required some upgrades. I contacted the office and made an appointment to meet up with the project manager. We met as designated, sat down, and talked about what I need to be done to my home. From that moment i was convinced they could deliver. They started with replacing the old tile on the kitchen counter with a granite top and had the entire re facing of the kitchen cabinets. The job was excellent, he even recommended me with choosing the backsplash to match the granite and I was impressed with how it turned out. What I like about dealing with this company is the people in the company are sincere, honest and best of all, they will take care of you. I would recommend this company to friends and families and would call them again if I ever need anything else.
