We are buying our 1st home and called A&A Property Inspection. Not only did their guy Elvis did the home inspection for us, but we ended up needing a mold inspection also and he had his Mold Inspector Bobby come out and saved us from some mold problems. No, that's why the property needs to be discussed. There are too many variables that effect pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the inspection process on the phone. We also go over the type of property on the phone and what needs to be done. We then book the inspection via a confirmation email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in business, BBA a Medical Degree, M.D. I am ITA certified. MOLD certification in all species of fungi and bacteria. I have been doing this for 8 years and my company has been in business for almost 20 years.
