We charge 6% management fee. No leasing fee, No junk fees, no kickbacks, no fees over the contractor’s invoices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not charge leasing fee for renting vacant units nor many other junk fees.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We ONLY manage Apartment buildings and commercial properties. We do NOT manage single family homes.
