I recently hired Chef Josh and Abby for a private dinner at home, and I can’t recommend them enough. Their service was exceptional—more than five stars.
Chef Josh crafted an unforgettable six-course meal, with each dish more impressive than the last. Every detail was carefully considered, making our dinner incredibly romantic and personalized. It was one of the best meals we’ve ever had.
Abby’s attentive service improved the evening, allowing us to relax and enjoy the moment fully. My girlfriend had a fantastic time, and Chef Josh and Abby made the night special.

I started looking for a private chef only one week before my girlfriend’s bachelorette weekend. Originally, we were supposed to go to New Orleans but because of the hurricane, had to pivot and move the weekend to Palm Springs last minute. To make up for it, our party wanted to give the bachelorette a NOLA-inspired dinner by a private chef.
From the get-go Josh was super responsive and up to task, both logistically and creatively, despite our last minute hire. Within two hours he came up with an incredible 5-course menu featuring lobster, prawns, steak, and amazing dessert. He accommodated our dietary restrictions, as we had a vegetarian in our party, while not compromising on the quality of the meal alternatives. On top of that, he was also willing to work with us regarding our budget. Couldn’t ask for more.
On the day of the dinner, Josh arrived early to our Airbnb to prep and cook. He was on his feet for a solid 10 hours. A group of 9 women can be hard to please. Ultimately, Josh delivered one of the best meals we ever had. He’s professional, accommodating, and was even a good sport about taking our group photos when we asked him to, lol. The menus he printed even had a custom pink fleur de lis/cactus graphic, which made our bride gush. She could not have been happier.
Hire this man. You won’t regret it.

Joshua and his team were very professional. The menu he helped me decide on was exceptional and the food was delicious and admired by all of our guests. The presentation and the service they provided was wonderful. Joshua was very accommodating and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves and had enough to eat! Joshua stayed behind after our company left and personally cleaned the kitchen making sure everything was clean and in perfect condition before he left. Very admirable! We were all impressed with Joshua and his catering services. We look forward to having him back to our home and enjoying his creative, artistic and delicious food! Thank you, Joshua! ♥️
