- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing consists of a chef/event fee of $400-$1000, per person cost of $140+(depending on ingredients), event insurance (usually $20-$60), and $150-$200 per each additional server.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with the client and find out if they have specific guidelines. We can follow your map for a menu and translate it into a choreographed dining experience. We provide all dining ware, glassware and will bring all of our own knives. We will be onsite 5-6 hours before the first course will be plated. Please provide us with completely clear counter and dining table.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in finance and business management. I learned my culinary principles from mainly 2 chefs- Chef Chris O’Brien and Jim Gardner. I have served and cooked in over a dozen restaurants and cooked for lots of people In their homes.
