I hired Chef Josh to prepare two dinners on back to back nights for a work event I was hosting. Everything was superb from communication down to the last dish we ate. This is the first time I've ever hired a chef to come into my home and cook for me. I was blown away by Josh, he was so attentive and just all around a cool dude. The food he prepared was out of this world, hands down the best Turkey I've ever had. His servers were all very professional and they left my home exactly how they found it. We worked with Chef Josh to create a menu for our mini wedding in Joshua Tree for 9 people. His team went above and beyond our expectations. We had a few people with dietary restrictions and he was very thoughtful in the process. The food was so delicious. Everything was prepared with a lot of care, using the best ingredients. The dinner really made everyone's night! I'd highly recommend Josh and his team for any occasion.
