Josh is amazing! He’s so easy to work with on menu and wine pairings. Everything was made from scratch and all of it was excellent. Provided a menu, flowers and candles. First class experience. Will hire him every time we are in town.

We used Josh to cater a high-end wine dinner for 10 people. The dinner involved matching food with wines from the 80s, and had a number of logistical challenges including multiple dietary restrictions and very specific timing of when wines would be poured and food served. Josh was extremely communicative and very detail oriented. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and each dish he served was fantastic. Our guests are a hard group to please, and everyone very much enjoyed the meal. I will definitely be using Josh again and I would highly recommend him.

He was rude from the first interaction because he was charged $75 due to my response. This is very bad for business as a professional. You never know who the customer is and what they can add to your business. HE IS A DEFINITE NO!!!!!!!
