I have to agree with the previous reviewer, Santiago is an amazing photographer and artist. he gets shots and angles that leave you amazed. however it is an absolute nightmare to get a hold of him by email, phone, text, facebook, his website. in several instances this has been the issue. first the week of our wedding my wife asked me to confirm with all of our service providers had the right time and address. I called everyone on monday for a sunday wedding and didnt hear from him untill saturday night. my wife was freaking out. 4 months pass after our wedding to receive our usb with photos for a two month deadline, with several phonecalls and emails that went un answer in between. 6 months have now pass from our wedding and we are still waiting for our album. which was due 3-4 months after the event day. be prepared with a backup photographer and if for some reason you still go with him make sure not to pay him until he delivers what you pay for.Nov 18, 2012

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every photographer is going to have a different pricing system. I customize all my packages from the ground up to tailor the needs and wants of my brides. I try and make it as simple as possible that way all my brides know exactly what they are getting with their packages with no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Absolutely. I attend a few photography conferences every year to learn about the latest trends and equipment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Wedding, Boudoir & Travel Photography. That's what I focus on. I do them all because they compliment each other. A destination wedding with a boudoir session in the package is my trifecta. :)
