About Santiago Valencia Photography

It is those special moments that last. When you both decide to move forward in this world together - that moment will stay with you always. Congratulations to the both of you!

It is time to pick a photographer. My name is Santiago Valencia and I specialize in photo-journalistic wedding photography. Actually, a better statement is that I love doing wedding & boudoir photography.

What I do is help you capture those special moments so that you can look back and feel what it was like to awe everyone with your dress, dance your first song as husband and wife and take a bite of that delicious cake.

As a wedding photographer, I focus on supreme customer service, fantastic images and a satisfaction that is beyond your expectations.

I also focus on complimenting your experience with a classy and sexy boudoir session. It's not for every bride but for those who choose to let themselves go and look back at their photography with excitement. The groom would love to receive this wonderful surprise on the night of the wedding!

I would love to hear from you. Call me anytime, let's talk and meet. I know that picking a wedding photographer is a huge job. Let me try and make it easier for you by letting you know that I am someone you can trust. Your images will be something you'll love seeing over and over again in the years to come.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer, Santiago is an amazing photographer and artist. he gets shots and angles that leave you amazed. however it is an absolute nightmare to get a hold of him by email, phone, text, facebook, his website.

in several instances this has been the issue. first the week of our wedding my wife asked me to confirm with all of our service providers had the right time and address. I called everyone on monday for a sunday wedding and didnt hear from him untill saturday night. my wife was freaking out.

4 months pass after our wedding to receive our usb with photos for a two month deadline, with several phonecalls and emails that went un answer in between.

6 months have now pass from our wedding and we are still waiting for our album. which was due 3-4 months after the event day.

be prepared with a backup photographer and if for some reason you still go with him make sure not to pay him until he delivers what you pay for.

Question and answer

Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A. Absolutely. I attend a few photography conferences every year to learn about the latest trends and equipment.

Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.

A. Every photographer is going to have a different pricing system. I customize all my packages from the ground up to tailor the needs and wants of my brides. I try and make it as simple as possible that way all my brides know exactly what they are getting with their packages with no surprises.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. Wedding, Boudoir & Travel Photography. That's what I focus on. I do them all because they compliment each other. A destination wedding with a boudoir session in the package is my trifecta. :)

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Before hiring a photographer you hire a personality. Make sure that you first hire a photographer because you like him/her and that you click together. Then hire him/her for their photography. It's important because if you like your photographer they will be able to bring out the best in you and that will always show up in your photography.

Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A. That it is an art but an art that takes time and discipline. Anyone can buy a camera and shoot some images but being able to capture an event as important as a wedding takes an eye and planning. You have to look at the big picture and look down the road so that when you have a finished product it's one that your couple will cherish for the rest of their time together.
