- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite Artificial Grass offers very competitive pricing. We keep our overhead and operating costs to a minimum, so our customers don't have to pay top dollar for an installation. We also offer stackable promotions to help drive down the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to you for a free design consultation where we will measure, sketch, take photos and listen to your ideas. We will make suggestions, show you turfs that fit your lifestyle and budget, and answer any questions that you may have about our company, crew and products. Our consultations take anywhere between 30 to 90 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the job, and the amount of questions you have. We take our time with you and give you the attention you deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite's head foreman and crew have been installing turf since 2005. He was one of the first turf installers in Southern California. The owner of Elite, Sean, started in the turf business back in 2013 as the marketing director and operations manager in which he doubled their company size and tripled their revenue for a company called AGI. Sean still acts as a marketing consultant for AGI, but has put all of his attention, heart, and focus on Elite Artificial Grass & Outdoor Living.
