We had a good feeling during initial sales presentation and was reassured that K&L Custom Cabinets has been around a long time with repeat customers and will take care of us. The demo/installation day came around with dirty cloths covering our carpeted stairs and upstairs floor into the closet area. The cloths were so dirty they left a black layer on my linen color carpet. The workers were so rough with removed old closet material that my wife thought we were demoing the entire upstairs. I went upstairs to make sure they didn't damage the bedrooms during the demo process. When the guys saw me watching, they slowed down and the ruckus died down but not before I caught them damaging the corners of my walls. I immediately called the office and was told that they do not repair drywall damage assuming I was referring to the actual walls that the cabinets would have covered. After learning that I was referring to the corners, I was referred to contact our sales guy who never returned the call. The closet cabinets look fine but it's not worth having my walls damaged.
