Platinum level customer service, workmanship, professionalism and at a competitive price. Soo glad I finally found a good one who WANTS to work and does a great, thorough job. Super happy and highly recommend this be your first contact-it’s the only one you’ll need as long as my review doesn’t make them super busy now that the secret is out. My unit is getting older and not keeping temperature. Had several cooling repair needs and Titan was able to handle it all.
