- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we connect with a new client, we make sure to set up a phone call to get acquainted and talk expectations. We want to make sure we have an idea of the client's personality and music taste! From there, we will send them over a customized Music Request Form where they can begin to brainstorm the music and "vibe" they are looking for at their event. Once we know their specific song requests, we can begin to curate playlists around their personal style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Any DJ operating under Austo Entertainment has been vetted through previous events of the same nature as their booking. DJ Austo has been accredited by various organizations, including winning the grand prize at Cal State Fullerton's Battle of the DJs and opening for Rae Sremmurd and Porter Robinson.
