i have attended several sessions w Cathy and all i can say is that they were all a success!! i cannot explain what she does with those bowls. its like magic! ive never felt so relaxed in so long! its usually very difficult for me to relax, but she made it extremely easy for me. shes one talented lady! even a week after my sessions with her, sometimes i could still feel the vibrations from the bowls and id just calm down immediately. i also have difficulty sleeping at night and after a couple sessions, i sleep like a baby!! highly recommend her!

I am blown away in how Cathy was able to help me with my problem of insomnia that I have been dealing for about 6 months now, I have been dealing with a lot lately and one of my friends recommend me to go to Cathy for her to help me with my problem, one of the best decision Ive had made. She was very welcoming and while she was explaining the whole process of hypnotherapy (which I was nervous at first) but her calmness and patience with explaining everything to me, just trusted that this was going to work. After two sessions now I have been sleeping and have been stress free. I highly recommend to give this a try, you wont regret it I will definitely retro friends and family. I have been dealing with sleeping problems and stress, so went online and found this place read all the good reviews and decided to give it a try. One of the best decision Ive made, Cathy was AMAZING!! After the first time I was able to sleep like a baby :) and my stress level has gone down extremely thank you so much Cathy. Me and my family would like to take the time to thank Cathy Wilson for helping our seven-year-old son sleep at night he was suffering from nightmares and keeping him from getting a good nights sleep after this session with Cathy Wilson she hypnotized him through RTT its amazing how our son is back to the way he used to be thank you.
