Creating New Pathways

Creating New Pathways works to master learning by finding and filling in gaps in the foundation of subject(s) and then building upon knowledge. Has your child struggled for an entire school year or longer? Perhaps they need reading or math therapy! Therapy goes beyond tutoring, as it uses a multi-sensory and intensive one-on-one approach, and is taught by an educational professional. I will design a program specifically for your child based on their needs. Sessions include games and curriculum from the following research-based programs: Lindamood-Bell, Read Naturally, Analytical Grammar, On Cloud Nine Math I also work with students who have auditory or visual processing issues such as dyslexia, dyscalculia or dysgraphia, students who struggle with comprehension, and students who have ADD/ADHD. **I am fingerprinted and background checked, as I work in several school districts.** Watching children make connections for the first time or expressing excitement about a previously dreaded subject is extremely rewarding, and that is why we love what we do every day!
