Alex was a great choice for a web designer! I was almost roped into an outfit that started with one person, then shifted me to another, introduced third and fourth person all with 6 hours or so. I had no idea who my main point of contact would be, as it was changing so much. I received contact from Alex right away and after a few minutes, I knew he was my guy. Easy to talk to and understanding that I'm not a techie at all; he is guiding me through the entire process with a good deal of patience. The website is coming along nicely; just a few finishing touches and it will be ready to go! After being cheated on computer repairs in the past, It's great to know that I don't have wonder who my go-to guy will be for repairs or website updates. It's Alex for sure!

Alex was everything you could hope for with computer repair, even with having to ship my computer to him from out of state I had no issues or anxiety working with him. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with and makes sure to clearly explain the diagnosis and the suggested steps to fix the problem.

AWESOME! Alex was very responsive for scheduling, arrived when he said he would. Figured out the problem and fixed my computer going over and above and even quickly identified and fixed a problem on a second computer. If you need in home computer repair do yourself a favor and put Alex on your must call list,.you'll be glad you did!
