KP Bay Area construction did quality work for a 450sq ft addition and more than 200 sq ft of remodel. Kevin is very easy going in dealing with people. On work side he and his team is aggressive. Whole framing for addition was done in 2 days. He (working with Jason) lined up inspections beforehand to meet the completion dates and all inspections passed without issues. He did work for whole house going beyond contract without charging extra e.g floor replacement, interior paint, gutters, floor trim, exterior paint. Contract was only for changed/added area Kevin was also flexible on his bid price (matched a lower bid) and agreed to add more items. I had a larger design change (taking down a load bearing wall ) towards the end and Kevin made it possible by working it out with structural engineer. The project took 5 months (design change added 15-20 days more) and I am happy about the new addition turned out exactly and even better than planned

Great work on multiple project tasks and activities. I just recently got more involved in project management and was looking for manpower. KP Bay Area responded and did a quick turnaround within 14-24 hours on a specific job/project. I was very happy with how they treated my concerns very seriously.

I have to say that KP Bay Area Constructiont is a great team to work with. They are very responsible and flexible to work with. I am satisfied with my new kitchen. They did everything I wanted them to do in remodeling my kitchen.
