- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a complimentary 30-minute Exploratory session. That tells us if we want to to work together. Then, different packages are available to bring down the hourly-rate. I will design a program that fits your budget and time available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Health history intake questionnaire, lifestyle questionnaire, nutrition and diet evaluation, reports on Lifestyle Risks, Lifestyle Recommendations, Nutrition Recommendations. Cleanses, Fasts. Exercise tips, healthy snack-list, Eat This not That. Follow-ups and check-ins and support calls and texts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Constant! I attend webinars, subscribe to GreenMed Info, Dr. Mercola and multiple publications on health and weight-management. I have just completed my program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition which has given me a full training in 100+ current diet approaches and how to develop individualized programs that deliver results.
