I was in the worst pain of my life after just getting back into working out, and on Monday I did a heavy leg workout, needless to say, my second day I was in so much pain, I couldn't even walk, nor drive. I took a chance on hiring Stephen because I was actually pretty desperate at that point. Stephan was amazing! His professionalism and more so his technique is what I was most impressed about. He knew exactly how much pressure I needed and to what extent I was able to take without even having to tell him. He most certainly healed me! I will be booking with him regularly!
Stephen is very energetic and very passionate. After a discussion to explain what I (don't) know about health and nutrition, we were on our way! Some personal and business issues have interrupted the regularity of my training, July will be rough, but soon we'll be on a more regular schedule which I know will bring me closer to my goals.I'm excited!!

Evan is great personal trainer! My core is the strongest it's ever been, which has helped me tremendously with my horrible posture. I initially took him up on his introductory offer and have continued training with him since. He's extremely knowledgeable about fitness and really cares about your goals. He seamlessly incorporates exercises, nutritional advice, and fun conversation into every workout. I would definitely recommend him.
Gerard is a great personal trainer, highly knowledgable I highly recommend him! He knows how to strike a balance between keeping the work out fun, yet, efficient. In addition to PT, he offers classes and incorporates Beachbody challenge exercises. My favorite is the Abb-session class.

I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. It was very obvious he was extremely knowledgeable not only in training but he also came up with a detailed strategy to help me reach my fat loss goals especially with my nutrition. Xavier is the best personal trainer for many reasons - knowledgeable, caring, and lots of experience making people healthier and fit. We had one set of 10 sessions - and then I signed up for the second round! Xavier was able to come up with an approach that worked for me --- especially helpful because I am a "beginner" in terms of formal gym workouts, have tried a couple trainers before, and was skeptical I could find someone who would actually make me feel comfortable and make sure I had a good foundation. Xavier is literally the best - and I always looked forward to seeing him because he also became a friend!

I’ve been working with Mo for the past month (3 times a week) and it’s been a really great experience. He pushes you enough where you can safely exceed your previous limits. He also has a great attitude about life that’s infectious. My main goal was to lose weight, and I’ve been able to do that under his guidance. I just scheduled for another month and intend to stick with Mo because I’m very pleased with the results I’ve seen thus far. I highly recommend him!

Jordan and I have only been working together since January but I have already seen amazing gains. The personal trainer I had before treated me delicately due to a discectomy I had a few years ago. I am a bit of a fitness junkie so I was antsy to have someone push me but not injure me. I switched to Jordan and his Physical Therapy background allowed him to really hone in on what I needed in order to protect my back but also really amp up the workouts. I’m a triathlete and need to be pushed. Because of this, my arms are shredded and I have dropped 4% body fat since the beginning of the year. Jordan does this while also being safe and attentive. He’s dedicated to his craft and it shows.
