Alberto did an amazing job replacing my water heater this afternoon. He was very quick to respond to my message via the app and was here to do the work a short while later. I do provide 5% discounts for Senior, Military, First Responders
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I focus on residential and commercial water heater installation, service and repair. Customer makes initial contact. I request 3 pictures of existing water heater and I can give a very accurate quote from these pictures. We agree on a price and schedule a date/time for the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in 2009 from UA Local 342 Plumbers, Pipe Fitters, Steam Fitters, Welders Union. Medical Gas Certified, UA Star Certification, ICC Plumber Inspector Certification. Water Heater Training -Bradford/White Academy Certification -A.O. Smith Certified Installer, Service and Repair -Noritz Certified Installer, Service and Repair Plumbing for a career since 1998.
