Let’s face it, wedding planning can be stressful! There, I said it! Yes, it’s one of those days that you want to enjoy. And yes, it will probably be a day that becomes a core memory. It is also a landmine of traditions and cultural norms and family expectations and Pinterest FOMO. Sometimes we all just need a listening ear and an empathetic heart to get us through the noise. That’s me! I’m Keenan and I’m a therapist turned wedding planner and coordinator. I’m accustomed to managing chaos on a daily basis. Absolutely incredible service and care. Keenan is a self-described “Type A” who listens carefully and executes thoughtfully. She took on vendor coordination a couple weeks before our wedding to construct our timeline. She kept us on track as possible, while honoring our own desire to maintain a natural, unhurried flow. When other vendor issues caused us to adjust the plan night-of, she was calm and consultative. I turned to Keenan a lot that day with needs, and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her therapist/mama vibe is just what we needed. We almost didn’t hire a day-of coordinator, and wow, I’m so glad we did.

Keenan was absolutely incredible as our wedding coordinator! Our wedding took place across two separate sites, one for the ceremony and one for the reception, and she managed both with grace, attention to detail, and calm efficiency. She proactively brought in additional support for the second site to ensure every detail was perfectly handled, which made the day run seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding and throughout the evening, Keenan coordinated effortlessly with all of our vendors, keeping everything on track and running smoothly. On the day itself, she handled unexpected challenges with ease, including coordinating with vendors when our bartender didn’t show up, and managing family dynamics that could have added stress. Through it all, she was steady, kind, and an absolute delight to work with. Her communication leading up to the wedding was exceptional, and she made me feel completely confident that everything was under control. Because of her, our day felt effortless, full of love, and truly special. I would recommend Keenan over and over again to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who goes above and beyond.

Keenan took over coordinating our wedding for us when we had a bit of a debacle with our previous coordinator. She quickly stepped in, reassured us, and took on the job gracefully. From the second we hired her I felt the wedding stress lift off my shoulders finally after being so worried for so long. The whole couple of weeks building up, Keenan was so responsive and understanding, and helped to ensure I didn’t have to stress about vendor coordination and last minute issues anymore! It was such a relief. The day of the wedding she checked in with us often, made sure we had everything we needed and ensured vendors knew what to do and when and thought of every little detail down to lint rolling the groomsmen suits! When the wind got CRAZY unexpectedly she problem solved for us and made sure guests had a comfortable place to go. Overall I didn’t hear about a single issue, which leads me to believe she handled every little blip with grace and amazing problem solving skills. So glad we found her! I 100% recommend Keenan to any bride needing someone who understands how stressful wedding planning is, and will be there to make your day flow wonderfully. ❤️

At first I did not opt for having a coordinator/slash wedding planner. In the end I realized I was way in over my head with the tasks and responsibilities of the entire wedding day and keeping up with vendors. Keenan came and saved our day. And helped so much in the days leading up to the long awaited day! I respect her profession so much more! My husband and I are so grateful for you Keenan.
