The greatest thing about working with Mark at Pain hoops is that my son loves going there. He’s always excited to go back for another session. Mark really got a way with teaching the sport of basketball that my son and I really enjoy. In the last couple of months my son Kyle has enhanced his game to another level. His confidence has grown with every session and he even thinks he can beat me nowadays. I have already recommended Mark to my friends and we have started doing group sessions and Mark handles that well. He’s able to give each student of the game his attention. All our kids have a great time why shouldn’t yours?

My son always has a great time training with Mark. The AAU circuit is great but those coaches can be extremely tough and are more team oriented. Doing this training has brought the fun part of basketball back into my kids life. Often after training he gets home and still wants to play on the hoop at the end of our driveway. You love to see that kind of love for something in your child. Big thank you to Mark and 10/10 would recommend!

Raymond, thank you for the honest review. This is the reason I coach! I love seeing the kids have fun and becoming great athletes at the same time!

Coach Mark is a consummate professional. His attention to detail and development really shines in the basketball drills and skills work he gives each player. He doesn’t use a cookie cutter format for every person he coaches, instead, he customizes each workout based on what you need and what you want to achieve. He also knows how to keep things fun and balanced, a true sign of a great trainer. I’ve seen ball handling skills and in game shot selection improve thanks to working with Coach Mark. Looking forward to seeing more options in the bag with the continued work!

Working with Mark aka Pain Hoops, has been an overall great experience. My 10 year old son has improved his basketball skills to a whole new level. Pain Hoops has taken the time to improve every aspect of playing basketball whether it’s dribbling or shooting. I highly recommend him as your child’s coach. He is also flexible with time and is willing to accommodate with your schedule.
Pain Hoops's reply
Nina, thank you for the recognition. I will always do my best to help my students not only reach their goals but to help them soar to new heights!

Mark has been training my son for a year now. His overall skill in the game has had a major improvement, specifically in offensive ball handling since that is my son's focus as a point gaurd. His shot accuracy has also had a huge improvement. He is now able to make double to triple the points he would average before training with Mark. Mark has not only been able to improve my son's overall skill in basketball, but he has also increased his confidence on the court. I love that he is able to train his students with the intensity needed to improve their skills, while still making their training session. I highly recommend Mark to anyone that wants to see there kids confidence and skill level improve in basketball.
Pain Hoops's reply
Leah, thank you so much for the review! It means the world. Your son is one of the hardest working kids I’ve worked with. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for him!
