FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based on the job and what it’s worth. Depending on the type of materials or equipment that is used and the knowledge and skill set needed to execute these jobs to perfection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new customer would be looking at the job in person and going over the scope of work to be done. I like to find out what it is that they truly and go over different options with them on how to get it done and gain their trust by explaining different processes or maybe even different materials I suggest, that will either last longer or require lest maintenance. Once a client has chosen the best option that they want to go with, I will then send them an estimate of cost labor and materials (if they do not already have them). After price has been agreed upon, I will then send them an invoice with any modifications we may have discussed with the previous estimate. When all of that is said and done then it’s time to get to work and give my clients the best experience as I can and leave them with a smile on their face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with hands on experience. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years now. I’ve also gone to school for business in addition to completing a 5 year union sheet metal/ HVAC apprenticeship where I graduated at the top of my class.
