Communication was easy and efficient via text, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Our driver arrived 10 minutes early and took us to our destination without any issues. He waited nearby for over 2 hours while we attended our event. Afterward, he arrived on time and had proactively identified a convenient pickup location. He even sent a dropped pin, making it effortless for us to find him. The SUV was immaculate, with refreshing Fiji water and an iPhone charger available for our convenience. We had an excellent experience using Black Tie Chauffeured Services. Sam was excellent. We had excellent communication with him keeping us informed. He was timely and gave excellent service. We used the service to get to the cruise terminal from the airport and return. Sam even kept our booster car seat so we wouldn't have to lug that on the ship. Overall, I would use this service again.
