Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.
Alex is wonderful. She taught a bi-weekly pilates class for our law firm this fall and winter. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She's extremely mindful of her students and checks in with everyone during class for pain or other issues. Alex provides accommodations for anyone who needs them, whether a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student. She gives great advice and additional exercises for a range of conditions. Alex gave me advice that helped me heal from sciatica, and always checked in with me before and after class. Classes are adjusted based on energy levels, mood, special requests, and level of the students. Her classes are a great investment, and helped me center myself and relax. Thanks for everything, Alex!
Aside from being a positive, motivating, and a kind person, Spencer applies her extensive knowledge to ensure the best results! It was my first time taking pilates and even though I struggled, I still enjoyed every second of it. She provides a really welcoming environment and pushes you to do your best. I can't wait to continue my sessions with her and see myself improve!
Helene is one of the most cheerful, caring, knowledgable and product oriented pilates insturctors I have ever worked with. If she's is good enough for NASA to have her teach their Scientist and Engineers she is plenty good enough me. Plus she is willing to travel and bring her skills to you. I would highlly recommend her as a personal instructor. The only way she could improve what she does would be if she could duplicate herself so she could help all the people who should be seeing her around the world.
I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.

I’m seeing great results- much better tone, and more strength and stamina- and her positive attitude plus the variety in our workouts keep me motivated and energized. Honestly, I didn't think Pilates would be the workout for me. I was so wrong. Jessica had been training my wife for quite a while, so I thought I'd join them for a session. I had been missing out! It's awesome! I feel the burn every time. Her training helps me to feel leaner, elongated and stronger with very little impact. It's also great to be able to work out with my wife at home. It's our ritual. Jess knows her stuff!
Brook is truly one of the best Pilates instructors in LA! I've been working with her for a couple years now, and have seen visible improvements in my strength and my muscle tone. She is a joy to workout with, and I never feel bored at all! I highly recommend working out with her!

Having nearly 4 decades of regular workout experience that spans from youth / high school organized athletics to personal cardio, strength, daily stretching, I didnt really know what to expect when trying Pilates for the first time. I learned within the first 5 minutes of my first session with Jasmine how important it is to have an experienced trainer to get the most out a Pilates session and just to see how to properly use the apparatus! This coming from someone who has never used a personal trainer prior, and vowed to never need one prior to trying Pilates. Jasmine is extremely knowledgeable in classic Pilates and her calm, clear teaching technique shines. Ive had 2 sessions with her so far and have a 3rd booked. She was extremely in tune with me during each session focusing, most importantly, on making sure that Im using correct form to the best of my ability for each exercise to ensure Im getting the most out of each motion. Im an avid golfer as well and can already tell how the balance, strength and flexibility that Pilates can offer will help in preventing some of the nagging injuries that can occur from regular play.
