I had an excellent experience with Randy and would absolutely recommend 10/10. One of the most important things for me is honesty. A lot of companies seem to prey on lack of knowledge and seek to upcharge. Randy, explained how good of a shape my house was in and recommended specific treatments that made sense and seemed practical. He was super easy to work with, especially since my schedule was a bit crazy, he made the whole experience painless. In addition, he pointed out various things that I could improve around my house to protect it and that was also very much appreciated. Absolutely go with Randy if you're concerned with termites, you won't regret it.

Randy is amazing top notch and extremely professional. I had another company there and they didn’t inspect my house like Randy did. Also the other company was ready to sign that day of the inspection to tent my house. Randy explained the process and said tenting was not necessary and will be my go to termite control expert.

I contacted a number of companies for bids on addressing my termite infestation. From the beginning Randy had a reassuring positive attitude that helped me have confidence he could solve my problem. I’m a small fair business owner with years of experience under my belt. If you give me the opportunity I will be fair and I will not let you down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appearance is the most important when first meeting a new customer. If I look clean and my work truck looks clean. You take the extra care to clean your boots before entering someone’s home. Or simply putting on some booties. All these things go a long way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the pest control industry you have to be licensed through the state or you can not apply pesticides. I am licensed and certified and yearly I have to take courses to continue my education in this industry. Also a requirement for my state license.
