I unfortunately had to experience as a homeowner to find termites in our house last week. The first thing you think is how much is this going to cost but also how much damage has been done. I quickly searched and reached out to several companies and Randy quickly replied. He is not only professional, but quick in responding, right on time, and the quality of work was above and beyond my expectations. I had questions and he gave me all the answers I needed. He helped me learn so many things I had no idea about these critters. I highly recommend his business not only because of the work that was done but because you can tell he is thorough and genuinely cares about making sure his work is done properly and also that everything is cleared before he leaves. I wish more owners would care about their job like he does. It was such a great experience for this unfortunate situation. I suggest taking the chance and making sure you go with them. Thank you so much Randy for helping me and my families stress that we were going through this and knowing we are taken care of.

Randy was communicative and honest. We suspected termite damage in a couple places but after a very thorough inspection, he reassured us that it was just wear and tear with our very old windows and cabinets. I almost felt bad making him come out when we actually didn't even have termites! But he was great and we'd recommend him highly!

I’m a small fair business owner with years of experience under my belt. If you give me the opportunity I will be fair and I will not let you down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appearance is the most important when first meeting a new customer. If I look clean and my work truck looks clean. You take the extra care to clean your boots before entering someone’s home. Or simply putting on some booties. All these things go a long way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the pest control industry you have to be licensed through the state or you can not apply pesticides. I am licensed and certified and yearly I have to take courses to continue my education in this industry. Also a requirement for my state license.
